Cocoa powder alkalized 10/12%

Description

Our alkalized cocoa contains 10 to 12% fat. Cocoa powder is obtained from roasted, broken and shelled cocoa beans. They are crushed into liquor and pressed hydraulically. The cake obtained was pulverized into cocoa powder.
