Our round white rice is the ideal ingredient for recipes mixing rice with other ingredients. It is therefore recommended in soups or broths. Due to its ability to withstand cooking. It is also suitable for sweet preparations such as rice pudding. Our France round white rice is harvested in the Camargue.
