Kamut ®

Description

Our Kamut ® is made from ripe and dried seeds of khorasan wheat, a very old variety of durum wheat. This long-forgotten variety has been reintroduced to Montana (USA). It was at this time that the trade name Kamut was given to it. This cereal is also protected by a charter which requires it to be grown only organically.
