Macadamia nuts

Description

Our macadamia nuts are cues and made from the variety Macadamia integrifolia Maiden et Betche. These all round nuts, native to Australia are also called Queensland nuts. They are best enjoyed in sweet dishes such as brownies, cookies, ice cream. They can be caramelized for even more gluttony !
