Maple syrup

Description

Our maple syrup is a naturally sweet syrup. It is transformed from maple sap which is harvested in early spring, then it is reduced and concentrated thanks to the action of boiling. It takes between 35 and 40 liters of maple water to obtain a liter of syrup !
