  • 200 g Petit salé way mix of lentils.
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon.
  • 1 lemon.
  • 3 stems parsley.

Method

  1. In a saucepan, pouring 750 ml of water.

  3. Start the cook at medium heat, during 20-30 minutes.
  4. Cut the salmon in small cubes.
  5. Chop the parsley.
  6. When the Petit salé way mix of lentils cooked, drain it.
  7. Wait, that it cools.
  8. Add the salmon.
  9. Season with the lemon.
  10. Put the chopped parsley on the salad.
